Daily trade recap videos from the trades you already recorded

A daily recap is the easiest content habit a trader can keep, and the first one to slip when it takes an hour. TradeCut builds the recap from clips it has already cut, so the end of the day is a couple of clicks, not an editing session.

What a daily recap is in TradeCut

Open your clip library on the web, pick a trading day, and generate its recap from that day's clips. There are two kinds:

  • A recap image: the day's trades and its total on one frame, ready to post or keep
  • A full recap video built from the day's clips

One link for the whole day

A day link puts the session on a single public page: the day's clips stacked in the order you traded them, the day's totals, the recap image, and the recap video when you have made one. Anyone can open it without an account. Update it after a late trade and the link stays the same; revoke it and the page stops working.

A day link is different from the share link on a single clip. Use a clip link when one trade is worth showing, and a day link when the whole session is the story.

Nothing to record differently

The recap is made from clips TradeCut has already cut during the session, so there is no separate recording, no extra hotkey, and no timeline to build. If the trades synced to your library, the day can be recapped. The TradingView and NinjaTrader guides explain how those clips get made.

For followers, or just for you

Posted publicly, a recap of every trade, red days included, shows a track record that a single highlight never can. Kept private, the same recap is a fast end-of-day review: one frame with the totals, then the clips in order for whichever trade deserves a second look.

A simple routine: post the image every evening, and keep the day link for followers who want to watch the trades themselves.

Questions

Do I have to record anything extra to get a recap?

No. The recap is built from the clips TradeCut already made during the session, once they have synced to your cloud library.

Can I take a day link down?

Yes. Revoking a day link stops the page working, and you can do it at any time, even after a trial or plan has ended.

Is the daily recap included in the free trial?

Yes. Making a recap or a day link works while your trial or plan is active, and an existing link can be switched off at any time.

Can I post the recap image on social media?

Yes. The recap image downloads as a normal PNG file, so it can go anywhere an image can, or stay in a folder for your own review.
